Vicente, Paquita & Noelia

Ay lo que han tenido que esperar los Canibano-Garcia a que llegara este momento......la verdad pensaban que nunca iba a llegar.....y con lo que les gusta a ellos ir de boda y de fiesta!!!!.
Pues ya estan listos, super emocionados por supuesto, y pensando en todos los preparativos para que no falte nada ni nadie.....y todo salga fenomenal.
Aunque tenian muchas ganas de que un dia asi llegara, les pillo un poco de sorpresa. Papa Vicente no sabia ni que decir al telefono - pero pregunto si llamabamos para pedirle permiso...o solo para informarle. Mama Paquita, que ya se habia enterado por la mimica de Vicente mientras hablaba (no paraba de quitarse y ponerse su propio anillo de compromiso) salto de entusiasmo aunque tuvo que aguantarse las noticias durante una semana hasta que pudimos hablar con Noelia....algo que a Paquita le cuesta horrores.....
Noelia - o pequena Beyonce como la llama la Novia - tiene una vida muy ajetreada....asi que tardo una semana en conectar con la novia y enterarse de las noticias. Dios mio! que rio de lagrimas....no se lo podia imaginar, pensaba que nos saltariamos este paso y la hariamos tia directamente.....pues no....y ahora esta encantada con la llegada del evento!... y con lo opcion de tener que ir de compras especiales para tal renombrada fecha!!!......(Detalle, a los Canibano, especialmente a las mujeres....les vuelve locas ir de compras.....y especialmente de Zapatos y Bolsos....Denia es su perdicion!)
Que la boda se celebre en Denia es un poco culpa suya. Desde hace varios anos tienen un pequeno apartamento en Las Marinas - Denia, y es alli donde pasan gran parte de sus vacaciones de verano. No se si han sido las siestas en la piscina, las paellas en la playa, las compras de zapatos con mi madre o las copas con mi padre en el club nautico.....pero todo nos ha convencido poco a poco como el mejor lugar para nuestra boda y para que todo el mundo se lo pase en grande.
Papa Vicente sera el Padrino de la Novia...y creo que va a conseguir estar mas nervioso que ella misma.
Mama Paquita se encargara no solo de maquillaje y peluqueria, ya que es su profesion, sino tambien de todos los pequenos detalles de las vestimentas de todo el cortejo....que no seran pocas....y de algun que otro detalle mas....seguro.
La Hermanita Noelia, que para entonces ya estara camino de los 25!, tendra su papel especial.....pero poco a poco......su novio Eduardo, tendra que encargarse esta vez de que este lista a tiempo....o es capaz de llegar a la iglesia incluso despues de la novia!!!

Die Canibanos haben auf diesen Moment in ihrem Leben lange, sehr lange warten müssen. Sie dachten wahrscheinlich schon, daß es für sie nie mehr dazu kommen würde, die bestens für ihre langen, ausgedehnten Feiern, Hochzeiten und Tanzeinlagen bekannt sind!
Als Vicente die freudige Nachricht erfuhr, verhielt er sich erst so, als ob das alles nichts Ungewöhliches ist. Doch dann wunderte er sich, daß er nicht um Erlaubnis gefragt wurde. Spanier sind eben letztendlich doch immer noch sehr traditionsbewußt. Paquita (gesprochen Pakita) war gleich ganz aus dem Häuschen, mußte die Nachricht aber erst einmal geheim halten. Esther wollte erst ihrer kleinen Schwester, Noelia, direkt informieren. Da dies aber eine ganze Woche dauerte, mußte ihre Mutter wahre Qualen über sich ergehen lassen (sie wollte es so schnell wie möglich der ganzen Welt mitteilen). Als Noelia, die viel beschäftigte, kleine, Beyonce Schwester, endlich eingeweiht wurde, flossen sofort die Tränen am Telefon. Sie konnte es gar nicht fassen. Erstens die Neuigkeiten und zweitens hatte ihre Mutter wirklich für eine Woche nichts davon erzählt. Noelia hatte eigentlich damit gerechnet, daß sie gleich Tante wird. Aber jetzt freut sie sich umso mehr auf den traditionellen Hochzeitsweg. Alle drei sind jetzt sehr engagiert und fiebern dem großen Tag entgegen.
Die Tatsache, daß die Ortwahl für die Hochzeit auf Denia fiel, hat Esthers Familie indirekt mitbestimmt. Seit Esthers Geburt lebt die Familie in Madrid. Vor einigen Jahren kauften sich die Eltern ein Feriendomizil an der spanischen Mittelmeer Küste, in Denia. Dort verbringen sie lange Wochenenden und einen Teil des obligatorischen spanischen Sommerurlaubs jedes Jahr im August. Nun können sie es kaum abwarten, allen Gästen diese kleine Hafenstadt von ihrer besten Seite vorzustellen. Matthias Eltern haben im letzten Herbst schon einen Vorgeschmack bekommen. Für kleine Tips im vorhinein stehen sie gerne zur Verfügung (solange die Anfrage auf spanisch überbracht wird!)
Vater Vicente wird nach spanisch, katholischer Tradition der Pate der Hochzeit sein und Esther zum Altar führen. Wir alle erwarten ein paar väterliche Tränen auf dem Weg zum Altar.
Mutter Paquita ist eine der offiziellen Hochzeitsplaner ganz besonders im Bezug auf die Vorbereitung der weiblichen Gäste. Jetzt kann sie endlich ihre Künste, die ihre Kunden sonst in ihrem Friseursalon nutzen, auf die Familie anwenden! Außerdem hat sie natürlich auch immer eine Meinung zum Brautkleid parat.
Die kleine Schwester, Noelia, die während der Hochzeit kurz vor ihrem 25. Geburtstag sein wird, hat auch eine spezielle Aufgabe. Aber, die kann im Moment noch nicht veraten werden....Ihr Freund, Eduardo wird die wohl schwierigste Aufgabe am Tag der Hochzeit haben. Er muß dafür sorgen, daß Noelia pünktlich zur Hochzeit in der Kirche erscheint!

The Canibano's, one of the 2 big sufferers!!!... they have been waiting long....very long....for this moment to arrive in their lives. They already thought it would never happen......to them.....the family well reknown for their love to party, weddings & long night dancing!!!
When we brought them the news, Vicente acted like there was nothing "abnormal" in the news, and complained that he wasn't previously asked for permision!!!....the habits of the old days!!!!. Paquita was asked to keep the secret to herself and not share it with other people at the moment....specially until we could tell the sister directly ....it took a week!.....We are still not sure how she did manage such a heroic act....first time in her life. Finally after 1 week delay, we managed to speak with super-busy-little-Beyonce-sister-Noelia....and oh gosh! She started crying on the phone.....she could not believe it! First the news, second ..mum managed a secret away from her for a week!!!!...... She though we would make her straight AUNTY....but she is pleased to see us go trough the classical steps & all to dress in wedding gowns!
They are now all super excited and highly engaged in all the preparations and details, making sure nothing & nobody are missing from the big day.
The fact that we chose Denia is a bit of their fault. They have a little summer retreat by the beach, were they spend long weekends and late summers. Their great introduction to this city and all its pleasures was a decesive factor to choose Denia. They will be the great explorers of the town for all of us, they have already pre selected great restaurants and night clubs by the port....so for any doubts or suggestions....you will have to contact them directly!.
Papa Vicente will be the Bride' s "Godfather", under spanish catholic customs - so he will walk her to the altar and present her to Matthias......and we all suspect he will provide some paternal tears to the momentum!
Mama Paquita is one of the official wedding organizers, specially when it comes to "beautifying the troop", as she is the professional and official hairdresser and make up artist of the event (that's her real job!)....and she also has a big word to say in all wedding design customs...
Little Sister Noelia, which would be on the way to her 25's by the wedding date, will also have her special act...but not all can be revealed now!!...the role of her boyfriend, Eduardo, will be to make sure she is ready on time and gets to church before the bride!!.
