Hoja de Ruta - Sabado 6 de Junio 2009
Hemos organizado el dia con la intencion de pasarlo lo mejor posible con todos vosotros y para que todos tengamos un grato recuerdo de ese dia.
Sera una tarde-nöche intensa asi que para los mas intrepidos, que preparen un segundo par de zapatos para bailar agusto!.
Anunciamos que habra muchas sorpresas - conocidas y desconocidas - preparadas tanto por nosotros como por algunos de los invitados. Asi que no olvideis algun kleenex para los momentos emotivos y alguna que otra camara de fotos para esos momentos inolvidabes....Porque aunque nuestra fotografa Holandesa Anne Sophie estara muy pendiente, seguro que algun que otro detalle se le escapa.
Ah! recordar que sera una boda multicultural!!! - Tendremos invitadös de 18 nacionalidades, venidos de 3 continentes e incluso de varias religiones!!! Las comunicaciones no seran faciles siempres, perö con buen humor y una sonrisa no habra barreras que se ös resistan!!!

6 - 6.46pm - Servicio Religioso Hispanö-Aleman en la Iglesia de San Antonio de Padua (detalles en las invitaciones o en apartadö "Celebratiön)
7 - 8pm - Momento foto novios. Asi que todos libres para tomarse la primera copa, reajustarse las ropas y preparandose para la noche!
8 - 9pm - Cöcktail de Bienvenida en el Hotel Les Rötes - con alguna que otra vianda al mas clasico estilo espanöl!
9 - 11pm - Cena al mas puro estilo espanol con gran influencia de la cocina valencia. Guardar algo de sitio porque el menu promete!!!. Seguramente que estara amenizada cön varias sorpresas :-)
11pm - 3.30am - Musica, baile y bebida sin parar - eso si prometiendo fusion Hispano-Alemana-Anglosajona y de nuevo con alguna sorpresilla y algo mas de comer....para los que mas bailen claro!!
3.30am + Estamos intentando organizar algo para aquellos a los que les queden energias....a ver que nos permite el gobiernö de Denia que esta ano esta un poco serio y nos quiere mandar pronto a dormir!

Tagesablauf - Samstag, den 6. Juni
Wir haben unseren Hochzeitstag so organisiert, dass wir alle eine wunderschöne Zeit mit vielen guten Erinnerungen miteinander verbringen.
Wir haben einen intensiven Abend geplant so dass diejenigen die uns auf der Tanzfläche begleiten am besten ein extra bequeme Paar Schuhe mitbringen sollten um ihn so richtig zu genießen!
Wir sind sicher einige Überraschungen für Euch parat zu haben. Also bringt alle Eure Taschentücher mit für die emotionalen und fröhlichen Momente. Und vergesst natürlich Eure Kameras nicht!!! Unsere holländische Photographin wird natürlich ihr bestes geben. Aber vielleicht verpasst sie auch einen Augenblick.
Ihr werdet an einer sehr multi-kulturellen Hochzeit teilnehmen. Wenn wir uns nicht verzählt haben, werden 18 Nationalitäten von drei Kontinenten und mindestens vier Religionen dabeisein. Auch wenn dadurch die Verständigung mit allen nicht immer einfach sein wird sind wir sicher das gute Stimmung und einige Getränke die Hürde ohne weiteres überwinden werden.
Der Ablauf des Tages (abends) sieht wie folgt aus:
18:00 – 18:45 – Spansicher und deutscher Hochzeitsgottesdienst in der Kirche San Antonio de Padua (die eine genaue Ortsbeschreibung findet ihr unter `celebration’)
19:00 – 20:00 – Fototermin für die frisch Vermählten! Das bedeutet ihr habt alle Zeit zum Hotel zu fahren und Euch mit einem ersten Drink den Abend einzuläuten.
20:00 – 21:00 – Begruessungscocktail im Garten des Hotels Les Rotes mit der Möglichkeit das typische spanische Essen zu genießen!
21:00 - 23:00 – Das Hochzeitsmahl! Macht euch bereit für eine Auswahl des schmackhaften Spanischen Essens und speziell der Region Valencia mit einigen besonderen Überraschungen!
23:00 – 3:30 – Jetzt wird so richtig gefeiert mit Musik, Tanz und Getränken bis zum Abwinken. Nach der einen oder anderen Darbietung haben wir für die nimmersatten auch noch etwas zu Essen zu später Stunde
Nach 3:30 – Für die standhaften unter uns werden wir noch einen weiteren Ort zum Feiern organisieren auch wenn die Gemeinde Denia uns das nicht gerade einfach macht!

Day Planning - Saturday 6th of June
We have organized the day with our best intentions for all of us to have a fantastic time and to keep nice memories of the occasion.
It will be an intensive afternoon-evening, so those who will take over the dance floor....might want to take an extra pair or comfy shoes to enjoy the night!.
We are sure there will be plenty of surprises for all of you, so we suggest not to forget your tissues - for the very emotive moments & laughs - and your cameras for the omissible moments!!. We known our Dutch photographer Anne Sophie will try her best not to miss a thing, but she might miss a moment or two!
You will be part of our multicultural wedding - where there will be 18 nationalities, people from 3 continents and a few diverse religions!!!. Communication might be a challenge upon a time, but nothing that great humour, a smile and a drink cannot overcome!!
The plan for the day will be the following.
6 - 6.45pm - Spanish & German Church Service at the Church of San Antonio de Padua (for reference check your wed invite or the "Celebration tab")
7 - 8pm - is picture time for the new weds! - This means you are all free to go for the first drink of the evening, refresh yourself and get pampered for the night ahead.
8 - 9pm - Welcome cocktail at the gardens from Hotel Las Rotas - and of course your first opportunity to sample some Spanish food in a very typical-topical way!
9 - 11pm - The Dinner!!! - Get ready to sample succulent & ample Spanish food with the best & renown influences from Valencia Gastronomies. Make sure to keep the space & be ready for the surprises!!
11pm - 3.30 am - Here comes the wild factor with no stop music, dance & drinks....and of course a few surprises on the way....we will serve a tiny extra bit more of food for those in need!!
3.30 am + - For those with extra batteries we are arranging an extra place to keep on partying. The local government is making this task difficult as this year's wish is that we all go to bed early....let's see who wins :-)
