Die lang erwartete Hochzeit
It is our turn!
Sabemos que todos habeis estado esperando este momento, nos lo hemos tenido que pensar un poco, pero por fin nos hemos decidido...que conste que el tener unos padres y unos amigos que no se han cansado de pedir fiesta....ha tenido algo que ver.
Y para el gran momento nos hemos decidido por Denia (Valencia) - una pequena y encantadora ciudad costera, banada por el mediterraneo, con excelente comida, y casi mejores zapaterias, tiendas de moda, decoracion....donde ademas de poder celebrar este momento tan entranable con vosotros, tambien podreis disfrutar de buenos momentos al sol.
Wir wissen, daß Ihr alle schon lange auf diesen Moment gewartet habt (Die häufigste Antwort auf unsere Hochzeitsankündigung war deshalb auch: 'Na das wurde aber auch Zeit'). Wir brauchten einfach ein bißchen länger Zeit für diese Entscheidung. Einige unserer Freunde und die Eltern haben wahrscheinlich schon befürchtet, diese Hochzeit nicht mehr zu erleben. Diese Gefahr ist jetzt gebannt. Danke an Euch alle, daß Ihr so lange gewartet habt. Die Hochzeit findet am 6. Juni 2009 statt.
Wir haben uns für diesen besonderen Moment in unserem Leben einen 'Platz and der Sonne' ausgesucht. Die kirchliche Trauung und die anschließende Feier findet in Denia (Valencia) statt. Denia ist eine kleine schöne Stadt am Mittelmeer, mit vielen kleinen Geschäften (Tip der Braut), schönen Stränden und Bars direkt am Meer; also genau der richtige Ort für eine hoffentlich tolle Feier mit Euch allen.
We know you all have been waiting long for this event. Over the past years you all haven't gotten tired of asking the "when" question (you've done it more than our own families!). Finally, after long thinking and short debating, we have decided it was about time!
We have decided to officialy tie the knot in Spain, in the charming small beautiful town of Denia (Valencia) on the Mediterranean Coast. It is an idylic town, surrouded by an amazing landscape & beaches. It is full of night live and the greatest food in the Med (as the bride is totally convinced of) and perfect bars to enjoy the beautiful summer nights (more a groom's focus). For those profiting from the Euro the town is packed with great shops from top clothes design, amazing shoes and interior design. You will not know where to start. That is, if you have time after the great celebrations with us and our families!!!
